Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all locations within India. Most orders are delivered through our standard logistics partners without issues.
Please note that deliveries to remote areas, hilly regions, or locations with restricted courier access may take longer than usual. If your location falls under this category, we’ll inform you during order confirmation.
Order Processing Time
Furniture items require preparation before they can be shipped. This includes finishing work, quality checks, and secure packaging.
Processing time: 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
This is separate from shipping time. Your order will only be dispatched after it has been properly prepared and inspected.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- Metro cities and major towns: 5 to 10 business days
- Other locations: 7 to 15 business days
- Remote areas: 10 to 20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery time depends on your location, courier workload, and external factors like weather or local restrictions.

We work with reliable courier and logistics partners who have experience handling furniture shipments. The specific partner assigned to your order will depend on your delivery location.
You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Packaging & Handling
All furniture items are carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit. We use protective materials like bubble wrap, thermocol, corner guards, and sturdy cartons based on the product size and fragility.
Larger items may be packed in multiple boxes or wrapped securely for safe transport.
Delivery at Doorstep
Our delivery partners provide doorstep delivery. This typically means delivery to the ground floor of your building or the entrance of your home.
Please note:
- Delivery does not include carrying items upstairs, unpacking, or assembly unless specifically mentioned at the time of purchase.
- If you live in a building with a lift or require assistance, please coordinate directly with the delivery person at the time of delivery.
What to Do If Your Item Arrives Damaged
If your furniture arrives with visible damage, follow these steps:
- Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is visibly crushed, torn, or heavily damaged. Refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
- If you’ve already accepted the delivery and notice damage upon opening, take clear photos or a video of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging (outer box and inner padding)
- All sides of the product showing the damage
- Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via email or phone with the photos/video attached.
We will review your case and arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund based on the extent of damage. Please retain all original packaging until the matter is resolved.

You will receive updates at the following stages:
- Order confirmation (via email/SMS)
- Dispatch confirmation with tracking details (via email/SMS)
- Delivery status from the courier partner
