Order Cancellation Window
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you will need to wait for delivery and follow our Return & Refund Policy if the product is eligible for return.
How to Request Cancellation
To cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible via:

Please provide the following information:
- Your order number (order ID)
- Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
We will confirm the cancellation and refund status via email within 24 to 48 hours.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
- A full refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
- Refund processing typically takes 5 to 7 business days from the date of cancellation approval, depending on your bank or payment provider
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated
No cancellation charges apply if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Certain orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and payment has been received. These include:
- Made-to-order furniture (custom-made products based on your specifications)
- Customized products (items with specific size, color, or design requests)
Such products will be clearly marked as “non-cancellable” on the product page at the time of purchase.
If you have concerns about a non-cancellable order, please contact us. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot guarantee cancellation in such cases.
Business Discretion
MP WOOD FURNITURE reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on the status of your order at the time the request is received.
If your order is already in the final stages of preparation or has been handed over to the courier, we may not be able to process the cancellation.
We will always communicate the status clearly and process refunds wherever applicable.
What If I Change My Mind After Dispatch?
If your order has already been dispatched and you no longer want the product, cancellation is not an option.
You will need to:
- Accept delivery of the product
- Contact us to check if the product is eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy
Please note that returns are only accepted for specific reasons such as transit damage or manufacturing defects, not for change of mind.
