Warranty Policy

MP WOOD FURNITURE offers a 30-month limited warranty on all furniture products from the date of delivery.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Issues that arise under normal household use and proper care

What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by water, moisture, humidity, or exposure to extreme heat or sunlight
  • Termite damage, pest damage, or mold
  • Damage caused by moving, transportation, or rough handling after delivery
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations made by the customer or third parties
  • Natural wood variations such as grain differences, color changes over time, or minor cracks due to environmental conditions

Warranty Conditions

To claim warranty:

  1. You must provide proof of purchase (order invoice or confirmation email).
  2. The claim must be made within the 30-month warranty period from the date of delivery.
  3. You must submit clear photos or videos showing the defect or issue.
  4. Our team will inspect and assess the claim. The final decision on warranty approval rests with MP WOOD FURNITURE.

Warranty Resolution

If your warranty claim is approved, we will:

  • Repair the defective part or product, or
  • Replace the product (subject to availability), or
  • Issue a refund only if repair or replacement is not feasible
